Here are companies I've had the privilege of working for.

Director, Strategy & Ops + VP Chief of Staff

Served as strategic thought partner and decision-making proxy to a Vice President, jointly leading a global Center of Excellence of 150+ experts across data, analytics, and enterprise partnerships.

Aligned functional and enterprise strategy, translating long-range ambitions into operating models, execution rhythms, and measurable performance systems. Led development of a 3-year vision and roadmap, enterprise OKRs/KPIs, and executive governance routines driving cross-functional alignment and performance accountability.

Built and scaled the first Strategy & Operations team in the function, owning strategic planning, prioritization, and enablement for a $35B national brand portfolio.

Acted as functional SME on enterprise initiatives including loyalty evolution, margin expansion, and sustainability go-to-market strategy.

Senior Manager, Strategy | Business CAPABILITIES

As a part of the Leadership Team and Chief of Staff team to the SVP, I led the development and activation of business strategy for a global pyramid of business capabilities teams and Centers of Excellence (CoEs). These teams included 650+ experts and senior leaders specializing in pricing, partnerships, negotiations, localization, segmentation, assortment planning, and more, in India and the US.

My charter was to design the 5-year+ strategy and quarterly roadmap, drive prioritization, and actualize the enterprise op model. I created connections across the broader ecosystem of strategy & operations teams, generating value for the enterprise, Merchandising, and private label brand partners.

Strategy & ENterprise programs

Cargomatic is a $55M funded tech startup that is revolutionizing logistics by creating a real-time digital marketplace for local shipping.

At Cargomatic, I rose through the ranks. I started out managing customer operations and Tier 3 issue resolution. I single-handedly led the redesign of the customer service operating model. Soon after, I was appointed to manage the day-to-day operations of a book of enterprise accounts worth $2M, equating to 20% of annual revenue. I was ultimately promoted to a strategy role on the Enterprise Plans & Programs team and worked directly with the C-Suite.
